Hi, I'm Mia

It’s so nice to meet you! I’m Mia.  I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2019. I worked a lot with self portraiture photography and a variety of different mediums including video and sculpture. During my time there, several of my pieces were displayed and critiqued, which helped shape my love for creativity and storytelling.

Since then, life has taken me on some incredible adventures- from working on a cruise ship in Hawaii photographing families’ favorite memories, to exploring the serene mountaintops of Colorado, hiking and reconnecting with nature along the way.

Like many people, COVID unexpectedly led me down a career path I never imagined for myself. I found myself working in high-end optical before transitioning into an optical lab role. A very clinical and corporate world that taught me a lot, but never truly felt like home.

Now, I’m on an entirely new adventure, one filled with creativity, connection, and capturing life’s most meaningful moments. Photography became the perfect way for me to combine creativity, emotion, and artistry, and I’m so excited you’re here.
